When reversing direct debit rejection for example 12/1 processed returned 13/1 not picked up till next week by accounts e.g. 2/2. Process does not allow us to enter date returned instead registers as date return processed e.g. 2/2.
Can a date be added to the Direct Debit reversal screen?
